I started with theatre in high school, becoming more progressively involved in the theatre department through my years there. More experiences and responsibilities brought me to the idea of making this a career and it all became so very clear to me. Working as Student Technical Director and running a sound board were some of the best experiences in my time as a lead technician at my high school.

After two years at a community college, I was accepted to Columbia College Chicago, where I currently pursue my Bachelors in Theatrical Design, with a focus in Lighting Design.

In my first semester at Columbia, I got a job as a lighting technician for the school, on their Electrics Crew. I, along with five other electricians hang, focus, adjust, wire, and run cable. Along with hanging and focusing we're in charge of running inventory and maintenance of the electrics shop to check out gel, practical lights, bulbs and lamps, and countless cables and specialty equipment.

Recently, I designed my third show at Columbia College Chicago; Boeing Boeing by Marc Camoletti. It was a tremendous success, being sold out every single night!

I've also recently branched out into live events such as concerts and festivals. As of May 3rd, I was the Lighting Designer for a concert at The Metro Chicago.

I am interested in aspects outside of theatre: including film, television, live performance, trade shows, and whatever else there is out there.

Willing and ready to learn and help however possible.
